I didn't download my vouchers before the production went offline

Once a production wraps, its accounting team exports every document that was generated. The show is taken offline 6 to 8 weeks after wrap for security.

Before that happens, RABS sends a wrap email to Background so you have time to save your digital vouchers and submit any missing residency documentation.
