What do I need for my minor's identification?

When you enter your minor's date of birth, you may be asked for a work permit and/or Coogan account.

On the second page, select a citizenship status to complete your minor's Payroll Wizard. Minor Under 18 is an option and needs no document upload. Other options:

• School record or report card (use the student ID number as the document number)
• Clinic, doctor, or hospital record (phone number or record number as the document number)
• Day care or nursery school record (phone number or record number as the document number)
