I didn't download my vouchers before the production went offline

Once a production wraps, its accounting team exports every document that was generated. The show is taken offline 4 to 6 weeks after wrap for security.

Before that happens, RABS emails Background that the production is going offline, so you have time to save your digital vouchers.
