How do I approve the breakdown?

Crew Support, Canada. Wrap.

1. Make sure the correct day is selected on your calendar of shooting days.
2. Click the Wrap tab in the left menu.
3. Click Wrap Shooting Day.
4. A Breakdown pop-up appears. Read any warnings in red.
5. Click Breakdown to view the day's breakdown. It runs from the most expensive BG to the least. Click a group to see the BG in it.
6. Double check the breakdown. To fix an error, go to the matching tab in the left menu and adjust it.
7. Once it's right, click Approve Breakdown at the bottom of the breakdown.

Note: A time stamp with the AD or PA's signature records who approved the breakdown.
