Can I make changes after the breakdown is approved?

Yes, as long as Accounting has not processed the day.

1. Make sure the correct day is selected on your calendar of shooting days.
2. Make your adjustments. The breakdown updates on its own.
3. Email Accounting that you changed something after the breakdown was approved.

Once Accounting has processed the day, the day's Edit button on the shooting days tab turns grey and nothing can be adjusted. In that case:

1. Tell Accounting what needs to change on that date.
2. If Accounting can unrelease the day, they will, and they'll tell you when it's open so you can make the change.
3. If the day has been processed, loop in BG Casting or RABS Support. Tell them what needs adjusting and a day is set up for you in the Adjustments unit. That day reflects only what is owed to the performer.
4. Process the day in the Adjustments unit and approve the breakdown when it's ready.
